Inspired by the loss of my daughter, Loa, it reflects on life’s fleeting nature and the cycle of rebirth. The work examines how loss sharpens the value of life, often fading with time.

    The Sōl Exhibition was held at Fourth Tri Sanctuary in Ferndale, MI, honoring the memory of Loa, the late daughter of Christopher Owens. This intimate event explored the evolving relationship with faith following personal loss, weaving together themes of spirituality, mental and physical well-being, and self-discovery.

    The exhibition featured exclusive images from the upcoming book Sōl, immersive storytelling sessions, and a sound therapy room produced by Kurau and directed by Christopher Darkari. Guests were invited to engage deeply with the artist's journey through curated photographs and sensory experiences.

    In March 2024, The Living Gallery in New York City became the vibrant stage for a dynamic group exhibition featuring the works of Christopher Darkari, Thalamus, Jess Fendo, and Amber G.. This thoughtfully curated event showcased a diverse array of artistic expressions, each exploring unique perspectives on culture, identity, and contemporary storytelling.

    The exhibition seamlessly blended visual art with music, featuring an exclusive performance from DJ Deadphones, who debuted tracks from their latest project. The combination of sound and visuals created an immersive experience that captivated attendees, sparking conversation and inspiration.
